While Matthew Palentchar was growing up in Colonia, NJ, playing sports like baseball, basketball, football and soccer, he had no idea where his career would go. These days, his hard work in an admirable law career has made him a highly sought-after attorney. He now has more than a decade of experience under his belt, on top of his considerable education; following high school, Matt earned a B.A. in political science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick and then a law degree from Ohio Northern University.
After law school, Matt Palentchar moved to Florida and passed that state’s bar exam. He then began practicing with a law firm in Naples, Florida, where he practiced in real estate, estate planning, civil, criminal and business law. It didn’t take long to tire of that, however, as he went off on his own, forming and running Matthew G. Palentchar, Esq., P.A. from 2005 through 2010. These days, he runs Matthew G. Palentchar, PLLC in St. Petersburg. That firm focuses on real estate transactions and property law, which means he does a lot of routine real estate work, like title searches, title exams, and issuing title insurance for residential and commercial closings when he isn’t representing hundreds of lenders, purchasers and sellers in complex commercial transactions.
